This report is Probably true and is of Medium Priority. Here is why -
The regional weather agency, IGAD Climate Prediction & Applications Centre, ICPAC has predicted that many areas in Unity State, Upper Nile, Jonglei and Warrap States are expected to experience flooding this year because of the rise in the water levels in Lake Victoria and also because South Sudan is predicted to experience more than average rainfall this year. Because of that, the Government of South Sudan recently advised residents of those States to move to higher grounds to escape the effects of the predicted floods.
